Please fill out the following form completely. Your enrollment constitutes an agreement to conduct yourself with propriety and integrity, to read and complete all assignments in a timely manner (at minimum one lesson per month), and that inactivity will result in being dropped from the program. If you are dropped from the program, you will have to reapply in order to continue.
Once you have been sent the link to the classes/lessons, no refunds can be issued.
You will receive an email once your application is reviewed to let you know if you have been accepted as a student. If you are accepted, you will receive instructions on how to remit the tuition fees.
